What is PCF CIC?
PCF Putting Communities First CIC is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping people across Caerphilly and South Wales build skills, confidence, and real employment opportunities. Launched by PCF Training and Consultancy Solutions Ltd, we reinvest all surplus back into the community to create lasting social impact.
Our mission is to support individuals to realise their potential — whether entering work for the first time, returning after a break, or progressing in their careers. We deliver high-quality, face-to-face training focused on the skills employers value most, including mental health awareness, money management, interview skills, and job application support.
We work with people who face barriers to employment, including unemployed individuals, ex-offenders, veterans, and those already in work who want to upskill. Our personalised training plans, small group sizes, and one-to-one support ensure every learner has a clear, achievable pathway to success.

Rooted in the Caerphilly community, we respond directly to local challenges such as skills gaps, an ageing workforce, and under-employment. Through strong partnerships with employers, local authorities, and third-sector organisations, we connect training with real job opportunities.
