Complaints Policy

Introduction

PCF Training and Consultancy Ltd provides support for a variety of customers in a professional, practical, and reliable manner.

Our main objectives include the maintenance, enhancement, and promotion of improvements in training and competence standards within a workforce and in doing so making a valuable contribution to improving the overall management of health and safety for our clients.

As part of our commitment, all directly employed and associate trainers / consultants will be committed to ensuring that our customers are provided with the best possible standard of information, services, and products. PCF Training and Consultancy Ltd will strive to promote practical and proportionate health and safety in all our activities and seek to act as a focus for all the development of learners.

Complaints

All complaints made against the Company or its direct and associate trainers and consultants must be submitted in writing or in e-mail and addressed to: Director, PCF Training and Consultancy Ltd,   info@pcftraining.com, following which an acknowledgement will be issued.

All complainants must ensure they provide a clear explanation of the basis of the complaint and clarification of the relationship, if any, between the complainant and the party concerned. The Company expects that if there is reasonable cause to make a complaint then it will be done in a timely manner.  Complaints about matters of which complainants were aware of six months or more before receipt of any complaint will be declined unless there is a genuine reason why it was unable to be brought to our attention at an earlier date.

All received complaints will be dealt with by a person who has not been directly involved in the matter of which you are complaining, normally the Director who shall, at their discretion, consult with the complainant and any other relevant parties regarding the carrying out a suitable investigation.

If it is found, after the investigation, that the complaint made is genuine and is upheld by the investigator, written communication will be issued to notify the party concerned in writing as well as providing to the complainant the details of the action(s) taken.

Complainants will be informed that have the right to make a claim against the Company's professional indemnity policy should they wish to do so.
