At PCF Training & Consultancy Ltd, we help people get job-ready for the construction industry with practical, accredited training.
One example of our programmes is our 4-Day Construction Pathway, designed to equip learners with essential skills and qualifications to confidently enter site work.
Delivered at our modern training centre in Caerphilly (CF83 3ED), this pathway includes:
✔ Health & Safety (Level 1)
✔ Manual Handling (Level 2)

✔ CSCS revision session & test
All certificates are awarded on completion, including support for the Green CSCS Labourers Card application.
We’ve successfully run this programme for a variety of learners – from school leavers to people starting a new career path – helping them gain the skills, confidence, and recognised qualifications needed to enter the construction workforce.
PCF Training & Consultancy delivers industry-recognised courses, consistently rated 5 stars on Google, and backed by strong partnerships across the construction sector. We continue to run similar pathways and tailored programmes for individuals and groups looking to fast-track into construction.

PCF Training & Consultancy Solutions Ltd is proud to announce the launch of its new Community Interest Company: PCF – Putting Communities First CIC, a not-for-profit organisation focused on empowering individuals across Caerphilly and the wider South Wales region with the skills, confidence, and support needed to gain sustainable employment or progress in their careers.
The launch marks a natural evolution for PCF, which has long delivered accredited training and consultancy in health and safety. The CIC expands this legacy with a renewed focus on community impact, helping those who are unemployed, ex-offenders, military veterans, or anyone looking to upskill through tailored support and development pathways.
The initiative is designed to close the gap between formal qualifications and real-world employability. Courses include Managing Money, Mental Health Awareness, and Interview Competence, delivered face-to-face in an accessible and supportive environment.
We know the challenges people in our community face when trying to enter or re-enter the job market,” said Christine Fitt. “This CIC is about giving people not just the qualifications, but the belief and tools to succeed.
All profits generated by the CIC will be reinvested into local initiatives, further amplifying the social value created.
